(Data Controller) (“Samsung”) knows how important privacy is to its customers and their employees and partners, and we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information. This Privacy Policy provides an overview of our information practices with respect to personal information collected through or in relation to the Samsung Tizen OS website (the “Business Services”).

When using the Business Services, we collect and maintain information about you as detailed below.
- Account and management data: such as your name, nickname, e-mail address , account creation date, country/regional information, job title and position, IP address, and profile image.
- Device and usage data: Hardware information, software information, device identifiers, and log and usage information (such as diagnostic, technical, error, and time and duration of your use of the Business Services, and error reports and dump logs).
- Cookies and similar technology: information stored in cookies that we have set on your device and/or on the Business Services.

We use information we collect in relation to the Business Services for the following purposes:
- To provide the Business Services and to register or authenticate you or your device for the Business Services.

- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including responding to lawful requests by competent authorities.
- Through the Business Services, we may collect personal information about your online activities on websites and connected devices over time and across third-party websites, devices, apps and other online features and services. We may use third-party analytics services on the Business Services, such as those of Google Analytics. The service providers that administer these analytics services help us to analyze your use of the Business Services and improve the Business Services. The information we obtain may be disclosed to or collected directly by these providers and other relevant third parties who use the information, for example, to evaluate use of the Business Services, help administer the Business Services and diagnose technical issues. (i) So that we can keep our promises to you, such as providing you with the Business Service

(iii) To comply with the law, regulatory obligations and legal processes.
To whom do we disclose your information?
We will disclose your information internally within our business and the following entities, but only for the above purposes.
- Subsidiaries and affiliates: Samsung branded and non-branded subsidiaries and affiliates which we control or own.
- Service providers/processors: Carefully selected companies that provide services for or on behalf of us. These providers are also committed to protecting your information.
- Other parties when required by law or as necessary to protect our business: For example, it may be necessary by law, legal process, or court order from governmental authorities to disclose your information. We take data protection seriously. We’ve put in place physical and technical safeguards to keep the information we collect secure. However, please note that although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, Internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure.
Where do we send your data?
Your use of our Services will involve the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information within and outside of your country of residence where necessary. In particular, your personal information will be transferred to the Republic of Korea, the United States, Vietnam, and Poland.
