I'm attempting to flash a Tizen 2.3 image to an RD-PQ device using VMWare Linux, but the following command isn't working:
sudo lthor migrate_2.3_bootloader.tar.gz

Could you please provide a solution to successfully flash this image?

- Use lthor version 1.4 specifically, as this is the last version known to support RD-PQ devices.
- Avoid using lthor versions 2.0 or higher, as they no longer support RD-PQ.
